Florence, Italy [october 27th, 2025]
Medical Horizons officially announces the termination of its collaboration with Marsirius AI Labs.
After careful evaluation and mutual discussions, Medical Horizons and Marsirius have decided to discontinue their partnership, effective immediately, due to differences in business strategy and operational approach.
Since the beginning of the collaboration, both organizations have worked towards the common goal of promoting the adoption of Artificial Intelligence in medical imaging and healthcare workflows. While important steps were taken to explore opportunities across Turkey and Cyprus, Medical Horizons has chosen to follow a different strategic direction more aligned with its long-term vision, values, and ethical standards in AI deployment for clinical use.
Medical Horizons remains fully committed to ensuring continuity and transparency with all its partners, clients, and AI vendors. The company will continue its mission to deliver innovative AI-powered medical solutions, maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance, and scientific reliability.
In line with its growth strategy, Medical Horizons is strengthening its presence in Turkey through new institutional collaborations and partnerships aimed at supporting the safe and effective adoption of AI in healthcare.
“At Medical Horizons, we believe that collaboration in healthcare AI must be grounded in ethics, transparency, and long-term sustainability. Our focus remains on building trustworthy relationships with KOLs, Professors and Doctors, Hospitals, Research Institutions, and AI Vendors who share our vision,” said Rolando Arpi, Product Manager at Medical Horizons.
“This decision reflects our commitment to uphold the highest standards of integrity and strategic alignment in every partnership we undertake,” added Guido Osti, CEO of Medical Horizons. “We are grateful to all our partners and AI vendors for their ongoing trust and collaboration. Medical Horizons continues to expand internationally with a renewed focus on responsible innovation and value creation in the field of medical AI.”
